Addictgamer
Line 12 of unmodded lego.cfg: TextureUsage 3145728 What can this mean? Maybe if we adjust it, we can fix the black/white custom model problem Maybe it is for something else... Maybe it is useless. Ideas? People willing to test adjustment of it? McJobless
Probably how much Maximum space RR can use in total for Graphics, either in Ram or Physical Memory
Addictgamer
If so, that would explain why RR crashes after x amount of rr's are teleported in.
RockmoddeR
O_O I've been looking for something like that for a LONG time now... the number could possibly be in kilobytes, maybe multiply it exponentially to a value of 2?
TheDoctor
the number could possibly be in kilobytes, maybe multiply it exponentially to a value of 2? I don't think so. When square rooted, it comes out to 1773.620026950530348572105053702. Its not a number related to data space. Try 6291456. Thats it times 2. Try a bunch of different numbers, like 1, 0 and negative numbers, and powers of the number.
Addictgamer
I think it is a value in kilobytes actually. We'll have to see what setting it to 0 does. Maybe play a long term game with it set at a ridiculously high number. Or at least teleport down a bunch of raiders.
RockmoddeR
good idea...now who'll be the guinea pig to test it... :P

Try a bunch of different numbers, like 1, 0 and negative numbers, and powers of the number. You fail. You don't want a square root, you want a log2. *calculates* Nope, it's not an exponent of 2. But who says it *has* to be one? xD
RockmoddeR
I just finished testing on this matter. with the value increased to 9567812: 120 total raiders, 14 buildings, 12 vehicles, no problems with the value decreased to zero: virtually no shading whatsoever, 32-color mode, EXTREMELY sluggish. the results are pretty obvious.... Anonymouse
And what about with it unmodified?
RockmoddeR
I can only get about 60-75 RRs. RRs seem to take the biggest toll on the memory usage.
Addictgamer
Uh huh...This is a great discovery! I shall test it myself to see what it looks like.
