Though I plan on donating more to RRU, I feel that the Super Donator award should not be awarded to just donating twice.

What if a member donates $5 twice, but another member donates $25 once, I'd consider that the latter has the most right to the Super Donator award.

And that's why I think the award is to be awarded to those that have donated (more than) a certain amount of money. Ofcourse you'd have to take the currency into account, when defining this amount.

But this idea is more of an opinion. Unless this amount is defined as $10 ($5 being the minimum to donate), then you can just forget about what I said.

You probably shouldn't apply until you actually have the picture for proof.

I wasn't sure if this award was one that required a picture, it didn't say, so I figured that I'd just put it out there and I could edit the picture in later assuming I need one.
Yeah.

On that note, does it need to be a set put together, or would a picture of the pile of bricks laying on my floor count?
I'd better play it safe and use one of my assembled sets. Or all of them.

Those shiny Focus CDs are annoying to take pictures of, but with some of them the image matches up quite nicely to the box art :)

For the set owner award, can I just submit a picture of any old set as long as I have my username in there?

Maybe it was a better idea to show all games in one picture, and also go for the RRU Game Collection award? :P

@Brickulator

How common are those Focus releases? 0_0

The Racers and LOCO discs are interesting. Can you run Will's LR1 Checksummer on it and post it on this topic (tool in that topic as well)? It looks just like Modded Lego's 1999 copy, which has no copy protection and has full screen loading screens (which are proven to not exist in the game files except for two tracks).

And that LOCO disc, can you tell me if that is an 1998 or 2001 release? I have the 01, but I know I had the big box at one point (memory serves me well, and the fact I own the promo set), but I recall it looked exactly like my current one. If that is an 1998, then I have more proof I've owned LOCO three times.

He can apply for that one, but wouldn't you want all the awards on your profile rather than a single one?

I said 'also', and didn't say 'only'.

Anyway, I'm going to stop discussing now because this topic is intended for applications.

Are you implying that you only get an award for a game if you specifically list it with a separate picture instead of saving time with a group picture? 0.o That would be incredibly time wasting. I've gotten the LEGO Island awards so far from this group picture, and I was just setting up to get a group picture of everything else.

Oops. I somehow missed the also. >.<

Oh no, I wasn't saying that. I was saying (from my missing the also in Rob's post) that he can apply for the single Game Collection award, but who would want just a single award when you can get a bunch of them? Kinda like "The winner is the person with the most toys". If have few toys (awards) but someone else has a ton of toys, and you both have the same number of toys, it would seem the other person "won".

You know what? That was a dumb illustration. I'm going to go play Racers 2 do math now.

I did actually post a group photo here a few days ago but none of the discs were visible so obviously they could all just be empty boxes ;) I guess on reflection I could have just taken another group picture of the discs but what's done is done.

I searched for the checksummer but the download link I found appears to be dead.

My Racers disc has 1999 printed on it, and it does appear to be the same as the big box disc, but on the back of the Masterpiece box it says 1999 and 2001.

Similar story with my LOCO disc. 1998 on the disc, but 1998 and 2001 on the box.

This post has a working link.

OK, the boxes might be mixed. What do the files on the disc report? Leave the Racers stuff on that topic, and PM me the LOCO.
