I mean it, they just won't play at all. I have tried putting the files everywhere and every compatibility mode, but they will not play. What am I doing wrong?

I shouldn't have had lunch before this mission.
I remember something about video codecs when I last tried LEGO Chess. Indeo 5 or something. I recall that before I installed the codec, the videos wouldn't play at all, and afterwards I could play them outside the game via Windows Media Player. They still wouldn't play in game though. LEGO Chess is pretty messed up compatibility wise, it seems.
