Ice Monsters are Odd

So, I'm back in the world of modding Rock Raiders. Right away, I noticed something interesting.
The Lava Monster is pretty much identical to the Rock Monster. All of its animations and shared models (files used in the animation that aren't body parts) are exactly the same ALMOST the same with the exception of it using a slightly different animation for smashing buildings that makes it look more aggressive. The only differences it has are its head and that it uses .UV files for texturing instead of links in the LWO files. In comparison, the Ice Monster has slightly different configurations in its animations that don't use as many shared files and add little details like icicles hanging from or shedding off of it.

Anyway, I thought that was interesting.
